Privacy Policy

Studio Chopin LLC builds apps for people, not for data. This policy says plainly what our apps collect, why, and what we never do with it.

Effective October 7, 2026. Applies to Arlo, Lido, and this website.

What we collect

Account. An email address and a password, or a Sign in with Apple identifier, so you can sign in and recover your account.

What you tell the app. Arlo stores the information you give it to do its job: your goals, body measurements, meals, workouts, and the messages you write to it. Lido stores your skin type and the settings you choose. Lido uses your location only while open, to read the sun where you are. It does not keep a history of where you have been.

Device and diagnostics. Basic crash reports and app version, so we can fix problems. These do not identify you.

How it is used

Only to run the app for you. Arlo sends the information you give it to an AI model provider to generate your coaching, plans, and replies. That provider processes it under contract and does not use it to train its models. We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or use it for advertising of any kind.

Where it lives

Account data and your app content are stored with our hosting provider in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. Some content is also kept on your device so the app works offline.

Your control

Children

Our apps are for adults and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Health information

Arlo and Lido are not medical devices and do not give medical advice. If you connect Apple Health, we read only the categories you approve and never write to Health without your action. Health data is never used for advertising or sold.

This website

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or trackers.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. Material changes are announced in the app.
